Feasibility & Viability Services
Providing clients with initial ideas and concepts, helping decide which option is most viable or if a project is worth progressing, and advising on projects that may already have planning permission but may not be the most economic use of the land or produce the most profitability from a particular site.
Planning Application Services
Providing drawings, schedules and reports, liaising with the local planning authority and co-ordinating other consultants’ information to form comprehensive planning applications and pursuing them through the system to a hopefully positive conclusion.
Technical Design Services
Taking schemes to the next stage by way of completing a full construction drawing and specification package suitable for issue to builders or contractors, building control inspectors, new home warranty providers etc.
Technical Project Management Services
Liaising with consultants and suppliers to ensure that all project information is fully co-ordinated, minimising impacts on construction time and expense.
Construction Site Support Services
Working directly with the site team to eliminate hold-ups in the program by quickly reacting to potential issues that occur during construction. Co-ordination of consultant, sub-contractor and supplier information to minimise site issues. Preparation of as-built documentation. Post-development reviews.

GLYNN CURTIS M.C.I.A.T.
A full member of CIAT, Glynn has worked for several south coast practices on residential, education, commercial, industrial and agriculture schemes in the UK and Hong Kong. He has extensive experience of fast track projects delivering detailed design and technical co-ordination to tight programmes to ensure clients are able to deliver successful construction projects, and has a proven track record in client retention and delivering more than the customer expects. In addition Glynn has mentored several colleagues through their studies and work experience on their way to becoming qualified.

MATT LEEVES
An experienced technical & design manager with a background in architectural technology, Matt has a strong knowledge in design & construction of housing and commercial schemes, with an understanding in all relevant areas including planning, section agreements, building regulations, complying with & obtaining new housing warranties (NHBC, Premier & BLP), working with housing associations and their specific requirements, co-ordinating with statutory services, external consultants, and specialist sub-contractors & suppliers.
